Adult Yoga and Sound Shavasana

Taster Session... First session £5.

Weekly classes from the 7th October - £14 per person, per class.

'Veronika from Nourish by V is bringing you Yoga and Sound Shavasana class.

This yoga practice is for everyone who would like to explore the beauty of yoga and how it can support your body and mind.

It's a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles.

Hatha introducing you to the most basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). Some basic Vinyasa is also added for a bit of challenge and fun.

It's suitable for you if you like to hold the poses and connect with the breath, as well as add the flow element to your practice.

We will then end our practice in shavasana, followed by sound meditation.'

 

Note: The session isn't suitable for anyone suffering with epilepsy, pregnancy (1st trimester), anyone with metal plate in the body. Please ensure to fill in the medical form if you are joining my class for the first time.
